What can I do with this degree ???

I was accepted to do my MA in Psychology in Education Personality and Psychopathology track (clinical psychology) at Columbia University teachers college. I know realize I don't want to pursue a Phd. Is it possible to become a LMHC or LPC with this degree? Can a person transfer over to another degree within the psychology program.? Any suggestions. feeling lost...
