Increased reabsorption of Na+ means increased reabsorption of H2O by osmosis since it follows the Na+ automatically and this will increase plasma volume along with the blood pressure since the ejection fraction in the heart will increase. BUT...this is done by aldosterone in the renin-angiotensin system and is only temporary.
So in short (to answer your question): Yes, it will increase your resting blood pressure but ONLY temporarily. Because there will be a negative feedback look which will cause for the increase in excretion of Na+ and therefore water.
