Hi,
I am taking this semester cellbiology1, physiology1, org chem1, and mathbio(i dont like this class, its not really math but i have to take it anyway). i am a sophomore. what about you?

organic chem + physics + calculus 2 + 3 labs

bio: physiology, ecology&evolution, bio lab, inorganic chemistry, calculus pt 1, and intro to sociology (audited--too much reading with my other courses) 😳

i meant please discuss your classes!
here is mine:
i was afraid to take math this semester even though i want to make math part of my major. so next semester isntead of "mathbio" i will take vector calculus and linear algebra, each of which should be harder but also more interesting and without any bull****.

bio-the professor shows slides from a projector and discusses them, i write down what he says and before coming to lecture i read the textbook. so i feel this should prepare me for teh midterm.
physiology-we get printed notes before coming to the lecture and just add some details that the teacher says during the lecture, very relaxing!
org chem-he writes down in front of us everything that he says. this is very helpful, since i actually understand the stuff that he writes down! this weekend i will try to do some homework, shouldnt be hard.
biomath-this is not a real math class, so i dont do anything. i hope that by doing homework, which is once every few weeks, i should do well.

organic 1, genetics, sociology

orgo - i love my teacher 🙂 but i'm not too hot about the class

general bio - i hate the class and teacher. my worst class this semester

community psychology (kinda an oxymoron isn't it?) - i love my teacher + the class

problematic behaviors in adolescence - i love my teacher + the class + the reading

community learning and service partnership - my absolute favorite class this semester. i get to tutor 2 service worker for credit!

Yah the perfect thread for adcoms to figure out who you are.

Principles of Drug Action - prof is a pharmacologist, is awesome.

Advanced Mammalian Genetics - each week we read a published article from nature or cell and write a review, most unique upper div. bio i've ever had

medical geography - blowoff

calc I - had to sneak it in somewhere!

orchestra - yay for cello!
