We'll the letter was curt so it did scare me into thinking rejection but in the end I have no idea.

Did they send it to you after you asked them for your application status? Have you called them? Or did they just send it to you out of nowhere?

They sent it to me after I emailed them regarding my status. I'm assuming that that will influence your thoughts? What say you?
