What do do when waitlisted

I just pulled out a waitlist at SUNY Buffalo and I know it may sound weird but I never expected to even get this far. I actually believed they were going to send back a copy of my application with spit marks and my application fee saying that I needed it worse then they did. Either way, I am not exactly sure what to do now. I was told by people I should keep calling to learn my status and show I'm interested but the last thing I want to do is piss them off and annoy them. Any suggestions on what I should do.

I found a couple of threads on this for allopathic and osteopathic school but nothing for dental that is even remotely recent.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I highly doubt your waitlisted.

In fact, I highly doubt anyone is waitlisted right now.

What you got is probably a continuing review letter, not a waitlist letter, a letter that many people got.

Waitlisted only happens when their class is full, and seeing that no one can be accepted until Dec 1st (besides some early admissions schools like Minn), you aren't waitlisted.
