Im majoring in exercise science at the moment at University. I struggled my freshmen year had some issues with college but im hoping to get my grades up. I was looking at requirements for Grad school and im asking if i would apply and not get in what are my options. Are there ways to still do Physical Therapy?

You can still get into professional school with poor grades. However, if you go with the grad school route, you should know that a lot of the acceptances are based on the interaction with your future professor. Many of my friends were offered seats by the professors they did research with despite not having excellent grades.
