What do I do with an incomplete/grade

I thought that it was a good idea to take 19 credits while studying for the mcat this past semester...but it really wasn't. So anyway, I took an Incomplete in one of my 1 credit labs and finished it in the allotted time that ended this past week. I already submitted my transcript to amcas, but have not submitted my online application for verification. So the transcript that amcas got said "I" and zero credits. But now it says "A-I" on my new transcript. Sooooo if I submit my online amcas crap and have the grade listed in course work as "A-I" how it appears in the new transcipt, and send another transcipt that has the updated grade will they figure all that out or will I be "investigated"? Should I wait until amcas receives my new transcript before submitting online?
Sorry this is the longest question in the world...but I hate emailing those amcas people cuz I keep getting stock email responses that dont answer my questions at all.

I think I've heard some people say you should write it in two times, one as an I and one with an A. I'm not sure though, I'm about to finish up and get a grade on my I too.
