What do i need to do to specialize?

Can somebody please let me know besides for good grades, what else do i need to do/ should do in order to increase my chances of specializing.

Who should i be in contact with regarding extra currciluars etc... my dental school?

I agree, do some research into specialties and what they require each has it’s own set of things they want to see in candidates. Grades are most important, so focus on them until you get the hang of school. But I would try to seek out upper class man that are specializing and pick their brain. That’s the way I’ve found most people get knowledge on this subject and get prepared at their particular school.
