I play basketball a lot during the school year with my best friend. Play pickup games at least 2-3 times a week. I throw around the football a lot back home with friends and the occasional tennis matches with old teammates from high school.

When I'm free or done with finals I tend to chill and hang out with friends. Once I turn 21, I'm definitely going to enjoy the bar scene back home (near a big city) and at school (in a city).

I love rap and tend to blast it while I'm studying. Helps me focus. Tupac + organic chemistry all night = acing the final? Who woulda known . Currently blasting Jay-Z- D.O.A. in my room.

👍 Idk about you but I also play COD, BF3, and minecraft

black ops was my dough. I was a beast in that game. Played it so often senior year. Parents used to work all day and I had only like 2 classes a day (after AP classes at our school you get no class after May). Had a friend who literally only had gym and since he was on a sports team, he had no school for a month.

I wish that I had time for video games (best part of high school), but my free time usually goes to working out or hanging out with friends/family. Between two jobs and school, free time is limited and I have to spend it wisely.

I am dying to play the new Pokemon games and COD: Ghosts, though. Alas, probably won't happen. 🙁

Yeah I feel you. I volunteer a ton each week. Been doing 20+ weekly. A lot of it is in the city though, so it's nice. Otherwise I'm studying for the MCAT and playing ball/catching movies with high school friends. Was going somewhere tonight but I have volunteer tomorrow at 8am 😎 and I don't think I would have been up by then 😉

Ah, come on! 8 AM is not that bad. I wake up at 5:30 four times a week. 😛

aha lol. Two days a week I wake up that early and usually work from 8am-6pm on Saturdays and 8am-8pm on Thursdays. Used to do about 40 hours a week between two places earlier this summer but I burned out a little. Decided to lighten up for my last month so I can chill and find a doctor to shadow. Have shadowed two, trying to possibly shadow a spine surgeon (orthopedic).

For about a month this summer I was volunteering almost daily 10-5. Then had MCAT classes from 6-9. Then studied that material till 3am.

When I have time I play a little dota 2, occasionally go out to the bar with friends, and take Krav Maga classes 3 nights a week.

My school's bar scene consists of a specific bar spot each night of the week lol. It's pretty funny.

I am old school, I tend to read a book make myself a drink and listen to jazz or Sinatra. Other than that I workout and play basketball.

Cool, jazz does sound pretty cool. I did spend a Friday freshman year in a jazz part of the city I live in during the school year. It was awesome. We found a cool pool hall and just chilled there till 12 then took the train back to campus.

This summer started off really well for me. Family friend's wedding, all the events in my culture take about a week full of functions. Day after the reception, I flew to Europe and spend 2 weeks there. Ever since that trip, I've been volunteering/studying/sitting around my house. Most of my friends are always busy. Going to the US open next week for some matches with my dad and plan on visiting my friend for the weekend. I do admit that I've met some interesting people at my volunteering jobs and have made friendships with the people who've worked there. I just wish my high schools weren't always so busy. Last summer we used to play ball all day and go for dinner after or a movie.

I'm a full-time research assistant now enjoying the married life, so free time is usually spent on house chores, yard work, reading and playing guitar/bass. Whenever the stars align and I can relax with a game, I'm playing through The Last of Us which is amazing.

Also, exploring the city for great vegan food, and live music when we can on the weekends (preference to the metal and punk scenes).

Are you me?

Sadly, there are no vegan restaurants in my city, just a bakery that I try not to eat at often because it'll ruin my gym progress.

I've spent far too much time playing League and I let it get in the way of schoolwork. I'll be toning it back significantly this semester. 🙂

It happens. I used to get addicted to MMPORGs in freshman year of high school (Silkroad, Mapleroad, World of Warcraft for one month). Interestingly enough, after I stopped gaming for a few months (was sleeping at crazy hours in the morning on school nights) and slept on time I grew 4 inches within 3 months. The human body works wonders 😛. I remember the days of being 14 and 15 during summer breaks. Riding our bikes all day, stopping at each other's houses for food. Playing basketball until night time. Go inside play Halo until we had to go home. Those were the days 🙂

Haha that's too bad! We're pretty spoiled in our town, vegan options are really common so it's pretty easy to eat out.

Netflix, vidya games, weightlifting, bike riding, and occasionally drinks with classmates.

ethnic food selection is kind of a disappointment here, though

I workout, watch movies, watch anime/tv shows, play video games, do work for the family business, sleep, and my MOST favorable of all............I read awesome fantasy/sci-fi novels.

I've been reading some Dan Brown books lately. However, I'm having trouble staying interested in the one I'm reading now, "Lost Symbol." Tried reading it on my flight to Europe, only got through 150 pages. On the way back I read like 10 pages because I fell asleep mostly due to exhaustion.

When I was little, I used to read Redwall books on repeat.

I LOVE shopping!! Haha its the only thing that gets me through life.

Really? Lost Symbol spoke to me majorly, but I think that may be because I tend to like pan-theistic ideas.
Either way, Inferno is pretty good, but it has a slow start ( not as slow as Skyward Sword, but you get my point.).

Anyway, I like to read and learn about history, culture, anthropological evolution. That along with video games and chilling is what keeps me sane.

I used to a big reader back in the day now I've gotten lazy tbh. My Fav Dan brown book is digital fortress. Concept really caught my attention. I wish I had the desire to read more.

Lol I am an avid shopper for video games and basketball/running shoes. Have had the same clothes for years, even clothes I outgrew 😛

We have a pretty sweet rec at osu, so I try to play basketball a few times a week. I also have a list of things I want to do in my 7 months off after I graduate this semester. I would like to travel, read more(suggestions), and work on my golf game (maybe I can get my handicap under 10?!?)

I spend time with my wife and kids, cycle about 250 miles a week, and play guitar!

Working out, and a myriad of computer games (bf3, supcom, etc) when i have the time. I work and go to school so most of the weekend is used getting caught up or studying.

Payday 2 and Diablo expansion whenever it comes out. Read, exercise. Try to keep my mind off of this process.

You actually liked diablo3? or are you saying you are waiting in hopes for the expansion?

havent had much free time, but will pick up a video game like rome 2: total war, assuming my computer can handle it. Of course, it's football season so that might be a nice diversion

Have yet to do Redwall, though it's on my list after Warhammer 40k. Never been into Dan Brown either.

Why not give sci-fi/fantasy some love?

I liked Diablo 3 in the beginning. I felt a great sense of accomplishment beating Inferno before the nerf. I have a core group of friends that always game together, so we were farming D3 all the time.

Then the game started to lose its appeal. We haven't played in months.

I have high hopes for the expansion. D2 wasn't a good game until the expansion hit, so let's hope D3 follows suit. The Crusader (D2 Paladin) looks awesome.

Do you think the game can be good while this RMAH exists? it seems to really make things weird and even the AH with drop rates and the seduction of just checking the AH rather than trying to get good drops.

Strange, I want to play something now 😛

edit: when i have free time again (and I will) I am going to catch up on breaking bad from season 1

Not much free time since I'm trying to get a 4.0 and retake my MCATs (aiming for a 33+), but I enjoy watching and betting on football games. Also can't stop watching Suits; probably have seen every episode at least five times. Was an avid PS3 player, then slowly weaned off of it but thinking about getting back on. Hoping to have enough money to pick up a PS4 and play COD: Ghosts, KH3, and Watch Dogs.

every chance I get. It keeps me sane.

I'm almost hoping I get in to RVU or DCOM or some other mountainous setting because I honestly worry about being in med school somewhere I can't ride.

Agreed that would be convenient.

Yeah I'm also the same way right now trying to 3.7-4.0 my last two years and score a 32+ on the mcat

Honestly, I have gotten more into reading books about athletes. Redwall was one thing in childhood I will always remember 😀. I used to reread them ALL the time. It was just such an interesting storyline with all those books and the imagination behind it was incredible. I always tried to visualize the battles in my head.

On the side note,
lately since I've been free for a few weeks (after my ECs for the summer ended). Did a lot for two months this summer and let myself relax for 2-3 weeks. Surprisingly, those 2-3 weeks were very boring (I do admit I had a lot planned but I got left hanging by some friends on more than one occasion 😎). I guess I like being kept busy.

I wish my mind didn't jump from one thing to another thing though. When I have too much time on my hands, I tend to remember a lot of unpleasant memories.

Just got an email from blizzard saying they are removing the RMAH and AH! Maybe I will look into this when I have some free time 😱

A friend of mine went to SOMA and had flagstaff as his core site and I think he was riding every free moment he had. Looked like pretty good riding there.

Maybe. Btw I cannot wait till to see Andrew Wiggins this season on the KU team even though I actually think Jabari Parker or Julius Randle will end up as better pros.

I went and saw MUSE last night. It was freaking EPIC!!! 😀 😀 😀
