If you have time, go back to questions that you weren't certain about - this could be a little tricky if you second guess yourself too much.
On my exam, I went back to the ones that I didn't know and had only put an answer just to have one. It actually turned out to be a good thing in the Gchem section because I remembered how to do 2 or 3 questions that I was stumped on before the time ran out.
I used all of the time in every section. Use the mark button when you are unsure about a question and go back and look at it later. If I still had time after that, I put my head down or just relaxed. It helped me not be anxious toward the QR section.

I would still put an answer down, and also mark the question - I believe you can do both on the DAT. Correct me if i'm wrong though, as it's almost been a year since I took my DAT.
I reviewed the questions I marked with the time I had left over. Even if I had no idea about an answer, I still selected an answer choice and marked it so I could come back to it later at the end of the section.
