Remove Ohio State SUNY and UNC. Otherwise solid list. You will get grilled about why medicine and why you dropped out of pharm school(fortunately for you your pharm grades were good) and while I don't think it's a huge issue be well prepared for it. Those involved in admission can chime in more about how that will affect you. Look for schools that have a solid reputation of giving merit money out. Particularly if your MCAT range ends up on the high side you can be competitive for some of them.
Research is on the light side but some more to throw in the hat. You listed about 20 schools. 14 of which you had a fair shot at interviewing. If you want to add a couple more/replace the ones I listed above to take out consider these.
Rochester, USC, Emory, Case Western, Einstein, Miami, Mt Sinai, Jefferson, Creighton, Saint Louis, Eastern Virginia, Vanderbilt and NYU.
