I saw a preview of Dr. Najeeb's lectures on YouTube and I was impressed by it, beside the Kwik-E-mart accent, this guy explains everything clearly. I took a look on the arterial supply of the brain and it's a lot better than the Kaplan Medical videos. However I want to know if anyone bought the lectures and what's their insight of them.

I never bought them but they had the nephrotic/nephritic ones on youtube...they were amazing. He explains things better than Goljan does. But he goes into ALOT of pathophysiology to make you understand it...which is good...but may be less efficient. The nephrotic/nephritic ones were a lil over an hour I think and he only explained the general pathophysiology behind it... nothing specific as to the different types.

They're very good but they are way too long. I tried using them to study for my pathophyiology tests but they take too much time to complete since each lecture is about 1 hour in length. I stuck to pathoma since it was far shorter and delivered less detail while focusing on the important stuff to make you understand.

Good to boost up your understanding (in fact it's great for that), not for the boards though (It can feel frustratingly lengthy at times, especially when you know the matters already.)
