I am looking into going abroad for a semester and would like to use the opportunity to strengthen my resume for dental school as well as learn a language and earn some dental experience while there. Does anyone know of any programs or opportunities that would allow for that to happen? There are many people out there on the border line of being accepted into a school...or not, and I would like to use this experience to boost the resume and fulfill a dream of mine with learning spanish. Thanks to all who read/reply. Gluck to all who are applying or striving to becomine dentist!

Going abroad may serve to broaden your experience and may even get you noted, but it will not serve as a good substitute for inadequate stats.
