what does a 260 in uwsa mean?

i know it overshoots by a million points, but how safe should i feel? exam is after days

would asking for a 240+ be pushing it? or in that range
if anybody who took the tests has any idea i would really appreciate it, thanks

which UWSA? 1 or 2? there is a huge difference.

UWSA1 can overshoot by 10 sometimes, sometimes 20. sometimes dead on.

UWSA2 is way easier and can overshoot by as much as 30

yeah sorry man. getting a 260 is not a BAD sign. it is a definite good sign. but how good? not sure. You'll definitely pass and will most likely get +230. I wouldn't feel comfortable predicting more than that. you really MIGHT be in 260 range but you can tell from this

if you want to predict, take an nbme

If you get 260 on UWSA, you should easily get >240 on Step 1, unless you really let the nerves get to you. The UWSA exams were pretty great at predicting my scores.

I was going to write that it means almost nothing 🙂 I trust NBME more.
I got 261 on UWSA, but I didn't feel I was smart that much at that point of time. I did NBME form and got 235 and I think it was more real.
But anyway it's still good to do extra 300-400 UW questions.

260 was in UWSA2,
and i had a bucn of antimicrobials resistance questions wrong and stupid parkinson diagnosis 😛

UWSA1 was 20 days ago --> it said 224! [ but i was taking the test so seriuos, andnot focusing, i was more scared than the real that is yet to come, or maybe coz it was my first assesment, and was to freaked out to find the score or where im standing coz there wasno way for the test to be delayed

NBME 13 said 245 [one week ago], and NBME 7 = 247 [3 days ago], and UWSA2 was yesterday, 260 ,exam is in 2 days,,, june 25th

i'd be very happy with a 240 😛 definetly not gonna be greedy
