What does "CLOSED" mean on the NRMP??

Does anyone know what "CLOSED" mean when you ranked a program and "CLOSED" showed up next to the program?? The program only takes 2 positions a year. Did the program filled both positions outside the match already??

I don’t know that. But I assume that this means the program may not participate in the match. But why the program has number with the match if not participating!! Some thing more or less similar happened to me last year, I interviewed with one program but I can’t find it in the match list, I called the match they told me that they send letter to the program to update his file with the match and few days before the due date I found that program in the list. Call the match and ask about any program.
