what does it mean if under your evaluators section it has a thing about "evaluation mailed status" ?

does it mean that my evaluations have been mailed, but my application hasn't? Also, do they check things off or something there?

Everything you have is mailed out together. The reason they have this section is because they do not delay mailing of your application if your file is missing an LOR.

How come I don't see that section, I went to status and look under evaluation but don't see that colum. Please show me where I could check that out.
