What does this mean?

On the aadsas application, under the "my application status" and then under "school decisions", a school is listed as received/application complete. What exactly does this mean and why is this the only school listed under this section and not others I applied to? All of my schools are labeled "complete" under the school designation section but only one particular school under "school decisions". Thanks for any help.

Some schools don't update that part at all. I only have 3 out of 6 schools listed on there.
