What edition of crack dat pat is the best? I'm going to be taking the DAT either during december/early jan if i feel like i'm ready or during april-june. And can you use achiever forever and is there free upgrades? cause i know topscore only last for 7 months. Thxs

They're both $50 if you buy straight from their website and they both last for 7 months.

You can extend your topscore time indirectly. It's ridiculous that they give you onyl 6 months (my expired in 6 months and they refused to grant me an extra month, they just ignored my email when I pointed out that I didn't get the total time stated on their website). Just save a copy of your registry file. And then 7 months later, save another copy of your registry file. Then reload the earlier registry file, set the date back to that date. Take the tests, etc.

Only thing is that it's a nuisance. When you are done with the test, reload the later saved registry file.

you should make registry backups every month anyway. I got 10 months out of mine. It's an extra step but since Scholarware didn't give me my full time as promised, I went around their arrogance. I paid for the program and should be able to use it as many times as I want....particularly when the program can be installed on 1 specific computer only.

The program is free and easy to use. ERUNT.

One day someone will crack their stupid program and make them more customer friendly. They sell the same exam, year after year, making money off of people. Maybe a loss of revenue will change their attitude.

I was also hoping for an answer to this. The responses to this thread were more about Top Score, but I am wondering if it is worth it to get the Ace Edition as opposed to the King Edition. Also is it just me or did the prices just go up?

I would get the Ace edition if I could do it over again. The extra angle, hole punch, and cube counting problems aren't worth the extra money. imo.

Crack DAT PAT does not expire. But if your computer bites the dust, or if you reformat your hard drive, then you can't reinstall it. As long as your computer doesn't change, you can keep using it forever.

I got the Ace Edition and was happy I got it over the King Edition - I think the extra 5 tests were helpful. I didn't get the Royal Flush edition because cube counting and hole punching are 2 of the easier sections for me, and I didn't need the extra practice. Angles are hard for me, but for this section, I don't see how extra problems can really be that different from the other 10 tests that you can keep redoing. It's not like I'm going to memorize the answers for that section. For me, keyholes and TFE were hard - if there was a version with extra practice for those, I probably would have bought it. To decide between Ace and Royal Flush, I think it depends on what you need help with.

I got the king version and that was enough for me, but I also practiced on DATachiever before I bought it so I already had 3 PAT practices done. After achiever, CDP tests seemed ridiculously easy.
PAT scores:
before achiever: 17-18
during achiever: 16 starting, ended 20 (on achiever's practice tests)
after achiever: 23-24 (on CDP's practice tests)

It's about the same price to buy achiever and the king version of CDP as it is to buy the Ace version of CDP. You only get 3 practice tests, but they're full length so you get practice on math, science, and RQ. Your spirit gets really broken at first but after you're done kaplan/CDP practice tests are a breeze. Just my 2 cents. =]

Yeah you can share. You can take and re-take the tests and check out your own schools.

Odd, I reformatted my drive last week and reinstalled it no problem. Also anytime I emailed them with a problem/question they got back to me quickly.

As for editions i got royal flush because I wanted the extra angles, hole punching and cube counting. I feel it was worth it as I practice these extras daily.
