I need to know the difference between each and what classes are used to calculate:

Pre-requisites GPA

Math and Science GPA

Cummulative GPA


Say the prereqs include either Macro or Microecon and I took both, but got a C in one and an A in the other. Which ones get calculated into the pre-req GPA?

Also, for the Behavioral Science and Humanities pre-reqs, I have A's in some and B's in others. Do they pick the A's and calculate them into the pre-req GPA? How does that work?


For the Math and Scinece GPA, do they only calculate the math and science courses that are part of the pre-reqs, such as OChem, Bio, etc. Or do they count every single math and science course, even the business math and the non-prereq scineces such as begininning bio/chem?

Math and Science GPA: I believe it is the GPA of ALL math and science courses you have taken.

Cumulative GPA: GPA of ALL CLASSES TAKEN (all classes taken post graduation from high school MUST be included)

Say, as you have, that you took both but Micro Econ is a pre-req at school A and Macro Econ is a pre-req at school B. School B will add Macro to your pre-req GPA calculation and school A will choose Micro Econ to include is their pre-req. GPA. The class not include (school A-Macro and school B-Micro), would be included in the cumulative GPA calculation.

Nope, ALL of your classes are included in your cumulative GPA, there is not picking and choosing.

Nope, ALL of your classes are included in your cumulative GPA, there is not picking and choosing.

Okay, but what about school C that requires either micro or macro. Which course will that school add into the pre-req GPA?
