This might be a stupid question but which grades will the admissions offices of medical schools see? Say that I apply mid-June, will they see all of my grades up to that date including the grades from the previous semester and summer classes up to that date? Thanks in advance!

They see every grade you submit on an official transcript. AMCAS will determine your GPA from that.

Basically this. You should ask your school when the grades for the previous semester are put on the official transcripts, then submit on that date if you want those grades include. AMCAS will use whatever is on that transcript to calculate your GPA.
