USWA #1 244 (1.5 weeks out)
USWA #2 242 (1 week out)
NBME 13 221 (4 days out)

Which do you think my real score is more likely to be like?

The only thing I can think of that happened on the NBME was that it took me a little while to get use to the question style. I missed 27 questions in the first two blocks, and 14 in the last two blocks. I'm hoping this is the case, bc missing 7 q's per block is up in the 240 range

yeah, that was my only one. Thinking about doing another, but not sure since that would take away from me studying certain material I had planned to cover these last couple of days

The u world tests over predicted me when I took my first practice nbme but after two more I caught back up to the u world. I attribute you this to the curve and getting used to the question style. Try another one.

To OP:

Based on the posts I've seen, the most accurate predictors for most people tend to be their NBME's. UW almost always overpredicts.

I have seen it go either way based on people's posts on this site. And if I'm on the negative side of that, I hope it isn't by 20+ points. Which NBME should I take if I take another? 6 or 12? Is one harder than the other? I don't want to get rocked again, but then again, I don't want to take one that is considered easier than the real thing and would inflate my score

I took both 6 and 12, and although I haven't taken the real deal yet (this Saturday's the big day), I would suggest 12 as it's newer and, I believe, harder than 6 (so it probably won't inflate your score at all). I also agree that the UWSA exams tend to inflate your score, so I would take another NBME if you're trying to figure out where you stand. For the record, I also took 11 and 7 and both seemed about equal in terms of difficulty to 12 and 13, so either of those would be fine choices too. Good luck! 👍
