Could be a boards question. Sounds like you'd get carboxyhemoglobin from the methylene chloride in the...wait no, i mean you'd get a mixed acid base disorder from the....hmm....gastritis from the ibuprofen and some magic mix of nsaids and ethanol that turns into formic acid? so you'd go blind is my best guess!
