So I'm trying to figure out if my school's moving a little slow here or not. So far my school has yet to upload our transcripts or photo's into the ERAS PostOffice. It seems like several of your schools on here have already done this, and I've heard a nasty rumour that my school doesn't even plan on uploading anything until they send the MSPE out in November. Comments?

My school wouldn't upload my transcript at first because they've been having computer system problems for months and our transcripts don't have our senior schedules on them. Then I forwarded an email I received from a program which said they did not give out interviews unless transcripts, profile, USMLE, and personal statements were all in and my school uploaded my transcript "as is" for now and will update it later. I don't know what your school's system is but maybe if you told them about this possibility they will help you out. I've received 2 interviews so far.

Sorry--didn't mean to double post. Moderators can you guys close this thread? Thanks for the advice 4thyear; I will e-mail and see if I can get somehting worked out.

it was my impression that schools were NOT able to update the transcript? Once they uploaded your transcript onto ERAS and once the school downloads its from ERAS, then that is the transcript they will see.

It was my impression that any 4th yr grades or Sept grades , if not on the uploaded transcript, would just be left out..... or you would just have to bring those to the interviews if you want. But if you did a elective in the field you are applyin to in August/Sept and want those grades in the transcript, it is better for your school to wait and get them then upload into ERAS.

is this right? or can the school 'update' transcripts as the above poster said??
