I'm trying to figure out if my school's moving a little slow here or not. My school doesn't start uploading our transcripts into the ERAS PostOffice until October. It seems like several of your schools on here have already done this, so I'm interested to get a head count.

My school started uploading transcripts the middle of last week. According to the Office of Student Affairs, they'll give priority to those students who have already certified and submitted their CAF. I just checked on ERAS, and my transcript was uploaded on Friday.

That sounds like a good rule. I submitted my CAF on the first day we could, but it doesn't do me much good without a transcript 👎

Ah yes. Well, at least some programs will start to consider applicants for interviews WITHOUT a transcript. You might need USMLE scores, letters of recommendation, etc. though.

My school - no letters, no transcript, no nothing. not even the photo! Pathetic! I know at least 3 of my letters are in. the student affairs office just don't give a <WHAT>!

Yes, I got an interview invite w/o any letters or PS.

My school hasn't uploaded my transcript yet, but the registrar is in the process of doing it, so I expect it to be uploaded by the end of the week. It's too bad I don't have any 4th year grades yet... I'll have to ask her to retransmit in a month or so.

(I faxed my transcript to the school that offered me an interview... that's how they had it.)

I wouldn't worry much about the transcript. Your dean's letter is more important and your transcript only gains worth with 4th year grades. If the program wants it you can just fax it to them, personally I'd rather wait until they got some 4th year stuff on it to inflate my gpa.

I've gotten two interview invites so far (both offered on Monday). My transcript and personal statement were just uploaded to ERAS on Friday...go figure.

my school doesn't forward transcripts until 10/15, and at least 2 of my letters will not be in until early/mid October (thanks to the depts. of Medicine from where the letters are coming); I'm going to submit soon anyway, just because it can't hurt. If anyone is applying in IM and receives interviews without letters or transcripts, please post so I can consider adding places onto my list. thanks.
