So I was looking at sample essay questions during the interview, and came accross that one. I've worked/shadowed in Hospital, Nuclear, and Retail, yet as far as the answer their looking for, what more can I say other than I've learned about improving communication, trust, and interaction with healthcare professionals or general drug knowledge?

I have no expirence yet so I can't be MUCH help, but I bet if you just started writing and brainstorming you would stumble across some other ideas.

I have learned that my pharmacy dispenses about 800 7.5/500 hydrocodone per day! lol so many people are addicts and we can't do crap.

You probably have this already but i put that the most important thing i learn was that pharmacy is the career for me. I wrote about how much i like learning about diseases and the complexity of their treatments to innovative research. I wrote about how being a pharmacist allows me to work and help people of all ages and social backgrounds. I hope this helps you!!
