Suppose someone is admitted to a medical school that is very much into producing physicians for under-served areas and this person has written about it the PS, secondaries, talked about it at interviews, etc. and that is one of the reasons that he/she is admitted. Now what happens if halfway through medical school this person decides he/she wants to go into radiology or dermatology instead (not exactly positions for under-served areas) and has aspirations to work in a major medical facility? What is the school going to think of this, and is there any chance that they can revoke the degree for what they perceive to be misrepresenting oneself to get into medical school? At present, this is what I have been discussing and feel very passionate about it, but I have been hearing all the time that "oh you'll change your plans so many times" once you actually get into medical school. Anyone with a similar experience?

No. If they did all kinds of people would be getting their degrees revoked.
