hello ppl,

i have a qs. i have a two hole handpiece. if i buy a compressor would my 2 hole handpiece fit into it. also, i have no idea wat a compressor is. i mean to say that would we need a separate water line to make it work. suppose i get it, then how do i make it work.

so plz let me know. thanks!
also where can i get plastic teeth at the lowest price possible. there r no dental schools here so i can't get them here.

a compressor with a 150 psi and at list 4 gallon capacity, It is better to have a regulator on the compressor which can be adjusted to 40-50 psi on the output. That's the cheapest one, but if you want something better try to increase the general psi and the capacity and also you can find the quiet one which is more expensive but you can work even in an apartment.
beside he compressor you need a connector. this device will connect your compressor to the hand piece and it has also a bottle that you may fill that with water and if you want and it will automatically integrate it with the air, and also it has a pedal and the hose for the compressor . you can find it on ebay for almost 100 dollar, give or take. just be careful to buy the connector for 2 hole hand pieces.

it is always better to see the recommended air pressure for your hand piece on the manual. but generally speaking 40 is fine because you don't need the full power of the hand piece for your practice .

installing all of this things is pretty easy, if you are not able to do so, just bring it to home depot or any similar store and they will do it for you.

regarding the dental forms. you can buy it online on Coloumbia web site ,http://www.columbiadentoform.com/

also you can try to find here on SDN. sometimes people are selling that.
