This is a silly question, but was wondering what % of q's does the applicant needs to answer correctly for a state level jurisprudence exam. I know it varies from state to state, but is it typically a high number, i.e. 90% or lower - about 70%?

I'm applying to 3 states; Maryland, DC and VA. None of them state what the passing score is. 😕

There's really no set rule. I think NJ was 70% when I did it, (might be wrong, its been a while) whereas TX has a "No Fail" exam.
You could try calling the respective Boards.
