Do med schools consider all minorities to be URM? For example people from Latin America can be considered hispanic, but do med schools consider them as URM to grant preferential status in admissions?

I think medical schools only consider Mainland Puerto Ricans, Mexian Americans, Native Americans, and African Americans URMs. You can check the AAMC website to check though.
