right now I am selecting schools i want to apply to.
The app is adding up the Total Designations fees. but i went on school websites and it says i have to pay additional $50 fee to them. So we have to pay on AADSAS and then again to each school fee ?

Yes, you pay AADSAS for each school, then you pay another fee ( usually check I believe, or by credit card) to each individual school separately ( they designate their own fee that you must pay), it is a headache.
