What is considered applying late/early? + Need advice

I eSubmitted on Nov. 18th and PharmCAS is still processing my application. It will probably be sent to schools around Dec. 18th +/- a few days.
At what point do you think the majority of the spots are filled at most schools???? Do you think I am too late this year?

My Undergrad GPA BS Biology 3.45
PCAT Composite 86 %tile.
13+ years of Pharmacy Experience (HMO, Retail, Home IV, Mail Order, and teaching)
BS Biology 1998 (old coursework)
*Wondering if anyone has a list of schools that do not have any limit on age of coursework. I don't see why it's such an issue if you do well on the PCAT?
