After I graduated from the university, I took one class from the university I graduated from and two classes at a local college.
Is this considered a formal post bac?
What is exactly a formal post bac?
Thankss

Postbacc program is usually for students who didn't fulfill pre-dent prerequisites during their undergrad years. Say the student was an art major, but decided senior year he/she wanted to go to dental school. He/she would graduate with a bachelors degree in art, and could apply to Postbacc programs to take the 2 semesters of genchem, orgo, bio, etc. in your case, it seems like you didn't do a formal Postbacc but opted to simply take a few more classes after your undergrad years.

A formal post-bacc is one that awards you a certificate such as in the basic sciences or even biomedical sciences. Many of these programs exist such as one in Cali (SFSU Post-Bacc). What you are doing is just a regular post-bacc...meaning you are just taking classes following your bachelors, but it will not lead to a certificate or degree.
