I just got back my Step 1 score of 239. Does anyone have insight into what fields I may be excluded from, or is this a good enough score to essential match in any speciality?(granted I have good LOR, M#3 grades, research, etc.

Apply to whatever suits you. If you have a sincere interest in even the most competitive specialties, you will probably have a decent shot at going somewhere, even if it is BFE.
