What do people mean by "Research"??
Some people ask if you have any research experiences in Dentistry...but what exactly does it mean?

When people talk about research experience, they aren't talking about dental research experience in particular. They are usually refering to science research experience you may have had. For example, many schools offer independent research opportunities through the school (at my school, you could take a class called independent research). You may also gain research experience in some summer program sponsored by the gov.
