i want to know what is the difference between these 2 textbooks by Costanzo

&

i used BRS Costanzo & it was fantastic
i would love to see her textbook but i want to know which one of the above is better?
second issue is that it is not avilable in bookstores in my country ,neither in my medschool library
can someone share his/her student consult access?i will appreciate it & thanx in advance

First one is the 3rd edition, 2nd one is the 2nd edition. I would assume that the 3rd edition would be more up to date. A lot of people swear by this book, but I didn't think it was good as a primary text. It's too much like a review book. Anyway, to each his own.
