What is the earliest time that we can submit on June 5?

Does anyone know what is the earliest time on Tuesday, June 5 that we can submit the application? I haven't been able to find that information.

oh damn I didn't know that. And no I will be first! I was planning on staying awake from now until submission time so I don't miss it. I'm also going to keep a water bottle and bucket handy so i wont have to leave my computer for any reason at all.
