what is the salary of a "managing clinical director" (lead dentist) at aspen?

I don't have any exact first hand info, but searching Glassdoor shows about 150K + bonuses averaging around 40-50K, I'd imagine total you'd be averaging around 200+. However, remember that everything is generally production based, so every clinic and doctor will get paid differently. I will caution you to do your due diligence before taking a job with Aspen, make sure its a practice you're comfortable with.
 
I work corporate. Another disadvantage for the managing dentist is that you have no control over where you work. The corp office I work at has switched their managing dentist 3 times in the last 7 months. They will switch or swap managing dentists for personality reasons or production reasons. Regardless of what position you have ... you are just a pawn in a business strategy. Luckily ... they don't switch orthos around.

I know from a friend that it ranges from ~$160-200k.
 
I have friends working in Aspen..it depends on the office.. if it’s 1 dentist office and he is the MCD the it’s around 150-180K generally. If the office has 2 dentists...1 MCD and another associate, then appx 200-250k.
