What is the transcript code???

This may sound like a silly question but what is the transcript code required on the course work section of the AADSAS application?

For example on my transcript it will say things like:

ANBI 101
BIEB 140
CHEM 140A

But there isn't enough room in the application to type it all in. Do you just put the number down? I know I'm missing something obvious so please help.

Also is my application too late if I send it out in a few days?

Just abbreviate. The code isn't *that* important, it just helps the adcoms link certain items to your official transcript if they feel the urge.

So for Chem140A, put everything that will fit, without excluding any of the numbers. I think there are six space available (or there were the year I applied), so you'd put CHE140, for example.
