What is the UID on VMR's Residency form?

Does anyone know what the UID is on VMR's residency form? Is this our VMCAS ID number or is it something else?

Did you ever find out? I just left it blank and prayed that if doing so was a mistake that it wouldn't cost me $20K....

I left it blank too. Figured it stood for University ID or something. That form is probably also used by current VT students to change residency.
