what is the Geometry of NO3- and SO2-?

SO2- is bend with 18e-. but NO3- has a double bond with one of the oxygen and two single bond with the other two oxygen, so it is not tetrahedral because there isn't four atom attached to N. it is not trigonal planer because it is not flat. so what is it?

The double bond doesn't matter. It's trigonal planar because there are three domains. SO2 also has three domains, but one is a lone pair, so it's bent.
