What is this growth on my dog's nose?

Now sorry I don't know if this is the right place to post this but what the heck is growing on my dogs nose?

I don't know what to do here,and I am flat broke and just walked through the clinic's doors cost 69$ here for anything....

so sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place and sorry for double posting I just didn't know what forum would appropriate if anyone could help it would be great...

There is no forum because medical advise is ILLEGAL!!!! You really need to contact a veterinarian 😛
