Hey guys. I'm not asking for medical advice!
I just want to know how serious you think this is. As you know it's the weekend and there are no places I can go. And honestly, I do not feel that I should sit in the emergency room for 4 hours until someone can see me. I've been to the ED around here before and they make you wait 4 hours unless you have a life threatening illness.
I'm just asking so I'll know what to expect tomorrow when I head to the Doc and because i'm a paranoid freak!

Case is i was stung by a wasp around 4 to 5 weeks ago. It looked similar to this and went away. Now this came back in the same spot. I think it's related.
