What is UMDNJSOM looking for??

OK, I can not be happier - I got into PCOM. But I would just as equally like to get into UMDNJSOM. My file has been complete at that school since June. I have a 25P and an MPH from the same state system : UMDNJ. I am older applicant (female, Asian Indian).
I call the school admissions every month. Now, my file is on hold or awaiting further review..whatever that means. What is up with this school??

UMDNJSOM doesn't have as many seats as PCOM.

They need to be more selective with who they interview up front.

Give it time.

On the other hand, I got accepted to UMDNJ, but havent heard a peep from PCOM. It just shows you how random this process is.
