I dont know if the has been started already or not. But, I think it would be a cool idea if everyone posted what there undergraduate major is if they are applying this year for medical school. I could do a POLL but, kinda pointless since so many diverse fields.

Major: Spanish
Minor: Theatre, Psychology (1 class away from Chemistry, but didn't want to take quantitative analysis! haha)

Anyone feel this won't be a representative sample because the people who choose to respond are more likely the ones that want to show off their cool major?

For instance, physics, math, and French.

I suppose not but if we left an "other" option that would allow a lot of people to still include theirs. I imagine the top 4 will easily by pysch, biochem, bio, and chem.

Props to all the chem ppl. How do you guys handle all those upper division labs and pchem classes???

Major: Nursing
Minor: Bio & taking care my chem requirements

Minor: Business Admin

Upper Chem courses are great! Especially physical chem where everything you learn kinda comes together. Finally some real chemistry there.

Instruments analysis is also good. One day the biomedical field will benefit from it. No more snail experiments...

Minors: Biological anthropology and French

Major: Biomedical Sciences
Minor: Pharmacology and Toxicology
Biological Sciences
Arabic

2003 graduate with B.S. in General Studies with a concentration in wasted time.

But for real, I think I'm gonna do a chem minor too.
