what kind of money is in working in a rehab/addiction recovery

I am really interested in getting involved in working in/or starting a recovery center for addictions. What kind of money is involved/paid if you work at an upper end addiction center, for example one of the more reputable ones say in hollywood or something-or even a normal addiction center-I am talking about the places people go for 4 weeks or something to kick an adiction. Does that pay well?
