what kind of questions are on OSU secondary application?

Since we can only access OSU secondary application once, I want to make sure I have enough resources to answer all the questions ask. Can some one tell me what kind of questions are on the application. Is there a question "why did you choose OSU?"

It has been a long while since I filled out the secondary application. However, I remember it being very easy. There were no essays or anything like that. I do think they had something along the lines of rating various reasons why you would like to attend OSU. And they had different options like cost, facutly, etc. etc.

If you still havent done it, its nothing to worry about. I did it about 3 weeks ago, and its just a few simple questions about housing and financial aid, and it asks you to rank the factors of why you want to attend OSU.
