What kind of work experience should be included on the application cover sheet?

I am just about ready to submit my application but am having a little trouble with what to choose off of my professional experience to include on my coversheet.
Specifically, regarding the work experience section. The only paid work experience I have on there are part-time jobs that are in no way, shape or form, related to dentistry. Do I include them in my coversheet anyway? Or is the cover sheet strictly for dental experiences?
