I have a friend who is just starting ECE, so can anyone brief me what materials do we need for to start ECE??

Hi ftd987, visit https://ece.org/SiteMain/28/49 . Every country is different regarding the documentation required by ECE. Schools require Course By Course evaluation just FYI.
