GPA : 3.63 (using +/- system and I will have bachelors before dental school starts)
DAT: Taking one in November
Residency Status: Canadian Citizen
Origin: Asian
ECs/Volunteer: None
Planning on applying to: Boston, Creighton, Howard, NYU, NSU, BUF, Temple, Midwestern, Tufts, USC

Took many upper level courses including biochemistry, histology, microbiology, physiology and anatomy, animal developmental biology

What are my chances if my DAT is 19 or more?

GPA is good (although I'm not sure what canadian gpa converts into american gpa 😉), DAT scores of 19 should really be the absolute minimum you shoot for. Someone with your gpa should shoot for 22 or higher on each section.

Get at least 20 hours of shadowing in with a GP. the more the better.

I'd say if you get 20's or better on the DAT and get some shadowing, you'll be in really good shape at just about any of those schools.
