What online services I need for medical school application?

I have been reading about different services online available for medical school application cycle. For example, pivio, premed me, inter-folio, MSAR, etc...

Can you list the most important or necessary by priority with prizes and links?

The only thing I used was MSAR. MSAR is a must. Interfolio is a service used for letters of rec and is particularly important if you are applying to DO schools. Some people buy US News but I don't think that is necessary.

I used Interfolio and bought an MSAR when I applied. Can't imagine you'll need much else.
